The Goodtime openback with Scoop features art deco style fingerboard inlays and peghead engraving. The scooped fretboard for easy play over the neck, makes it especially appealing to students of Old Time or Appalachian styles. Hardware finish is a combination of bronze powdercoat with nickel hooks & nuts. With its excellent tone and playability, the Goodtime banjo is a great student banjo. It has a slender rock maple neck and a 3-ply violin grade maple rim with an 11 frosted head.
